Ultra High-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) is a high-performance technique.  Its use in the identification and measurement of individual components of the mixture and in separating volatile or heat-dissipating organic compounds in a combination of compounds. It also uses in various fields including analytical chemistry, biochemistry and industry (e.g. food, agriculture, veterinary, pharmacological, and cosmetics products), e.g. caffeine, vitamins, additives, amino acids……etc.
